Human Care Services

At HCS, we offer day habilitation that is a comprehensive day program that is exclusively for adults. These programs are available at our numerous HCS locations. During day habilitation, important life skills are taught to clients to help them become more independent. Activities that are both fun and stimulating are offered to create a warm and exciting environment. We provide a safe environment for individuals to engage with staff to learn new levels of self-care and self-respect. Some of the activities in day habilitation include daily learning programs, meal times, and social activities that are interactive. We make learning new skills fun and exciting so that clients want to engage. Our interactive educational programs are both stimulating and effective in helping individuals achieve goals. Our team is always available to provide support and guidance. You never have to be alone when you put your trust in us.

Camp Respite and More

Summertime is the best time of year to get outside and enjoy the fresh air, but not all families can afford to send their child with developmental disabilities to a suitable camp that can accommodate their needs. At HCS, we offer families help with the prohibitive costs of summer camp for individuals who need help the most. Individuals who never would have been able to attend summer camp are able to enjoy the experience thanks to our stellar services. We pride ourselves in providing relief for the people that need it the most. We also offer other financial services such as rent assistance for high functioning adults who live own their own. We also can offer employment services that can teach valuable skills to individuals, while helping them learn how to contribute to society in a productive manner.
